Moving Day

Another week and the blog is here. This week's show will be the last that I do as a resident at the Casa de JJ Senior. On Monday I'll be free as a bird, though probably back here to do the show as a guest in the house next Friday :)

Album of the week

For the second in their series of remixes, Depeche Mode has enlisted acts such as M83, UNKLE, Trentemoller, and Royksopp to submit their versions of DM classics such as "Dream On" and "Personal Jesus." There are two versions of the album, a one-disc CD and a much more comprehensive three-disc set. The album follows 2004's Remixes 81-04. Of special interest to Depeche Mode obsessives will be the remixes offered by former band members Alan Wilder and Vince Clarke.
